Who is this program for?

For children aged 11–17 years who want to express themselves better, build confidence, and learn how to communicate authentically in school, life, and beyond.

How are the sessions conducted?

Each program runs for 12 weeks, with 2-hour weekly sessions conducted by experienced iCP coaches. Sessions may be held online or in-person.

What kind of assignments do students complete?

Weekly listening and speaking tasks designed to encourage reflection, storytelling, and creativity.

Will this help shy or introverted children?

Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to help every child grow at their own pace. Many of our strongest speakers once started out shy, they just needed the right guidance and space to grow.

What will my child achieve by the end of the program?

Your child will be able to confidently deliver short speeches, participate actively in group discussions, and express themselves clearly in front of others or on camera.

Will my child receive a certificate?
